SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
All products sold on Van Dogh Art are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Because each piece is custom-produced at the time of purchase:
- Products are not held in inventory
- Slight color variations may occur between digital previews and final printed products due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes
- Each piece is individually produced and inspected before shipment
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 — PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your location.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 4 — PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Van Dogh Art products are made to order. Please allow:
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping time: 5–14 business days depending on destination
- Total estimated delivery: 8–21 business days from order date
We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Van Dogh Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
SECTION 5 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind every piece we sell with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The product was printed incorrectly
- The wrong item was delivered
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- You must provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Items must be in the condition in which they were received
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind (unless within our 30-day guarantee window and the product is defective)
- Incorrect size or product type selected at checkout — please review your order carefully before purchasing
- Delays caused by carriers or customs

All artwork, designs, images, logos, and content on Van Dogh Art are the intellectual property of Van Dogh Art or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our website without prior written consent.
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the artwork in your home or personal space. It does not grant you the right to reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit the artwork in any form.
