HOW IT WORKS
Every piece from Van Dogh Art is made to order. When you place your order, your piece goes into production — printed, inspected, and packaged specifically for you. Because of this, please allow a little extra time compared to standard retail shipping.
PRODUCTION TIME
3–7 business days
Your order enters production immediately after purchase. Every piece is individually produced and quality-checked before it ships.

We know that's not overnight — but great art takes time, and every piece is worth the wait.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Free shipping on all orders over $75
- Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type
LOCAL PRODUCTION
We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand platform with 140+ production facilities in 32 countries. Your order is produced at the facility closest to your location — which means faster delivery, lower carbon footprint, and fresher product.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at aypapishop@gmail.com and we'll look into it immediately.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may be charged by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We have no control over customs processing times, which may add additional delays.
DELAYS
While we do everything we can to get your piece to you on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume
- Customs processing
- Weather or carrier disruptions
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged — take a photo and email us at aypapishop@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
